120 Minute Card use code 79679 for 60 bonus minutes or 96512  or 32968 for 40 minutes

200 Minute Card enter promo code 82057 for 50 bonus minutes

450 Minute Card add code 74316 to and get 60 extra minutes

1 Year/400 Minute Card use 99138 for 250 bonus minutes
